Hello! I’m Glenda.
I’m a life and business coach for arts leaders, administrators and creative entrepreneurs. My purpose is to support those who work in the arts to gain balance, make big decisions, and overcome the hidden mental blocks and limiting beliefs that can stand in the way of achieving success and happiness. Because, let’s face it, as creatives all we really want is to be successful, valued and happy.
I created Accelerated Arts | Coaching & Consulting because after a 20-year career as an arts administrator I grew tired of seeing my incredibly talented colleagues living each day feeling overworked and undervalued. I had achieved success for myself as an arts administrator and I was ready to give back to the very community that helped shape who I am today.
As as coach, I work with passionate (and multi-passionate) creatives who operate start-up and expanding nonprofit arts organizations. Basically, the folks who make sure the lights come on, the tickets get sold and the donations come rolling in. They’re driven to making the world better through arts but need help unlocking their potential so that they can convert their dreams into action.
